How can I trust you with my pictures?

You can check our page yourself — we have never posted any client pictures. We respect every customer’s privacy and keep all photos/details confidential.

We have a girls-only editing team, so your pictures are handled with care and professionalism. As a woman founder, I personally understand the importance of privacy and assure you that your data is safe with us.

Do you accept COD & what are delivery charges?

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

• India Post – ₹50 (usually 3–12 days)

• Delhivery – ₹99 (usually 2–8 days)

• International Shipping – ₹899 (usually 7–15 days)

We ship from Prayagraj, so delivery time may vary depending on distance, holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Can I return, replace, or cancel my order?

Customized magazines are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is wrong printed information, damage, defect, or misprint from our side. Proper proof is required.

For items like bangles, clips, etc., replacement is available for wrong size, wrong color, or damage. Clear unboxing video is compulsory.

Cancellations are not accepted without a valid reason. Once shipped, cancellation/refund is usually not possible unless there is a serious approved issue.

What should I know before placing my order?

Please check all names, spellings, photos, and details carefully before submitting your order.

Orders are processed in bulk for smooth workflow and privacy purposes. You will receive the same magazine template/design that you selected while placing the order.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID on your email or phone number. Use it to track your parcel regularly.

Once shipped, tracking the parcel is the customer’s responsibility. As we use third-party courier services, for delivery updates, delays, or shipping issues, please contact the courier partner directly.

Anything else I should know?

• Please enter correct name, address, and phone number.

• We are not responsible for delays due to wrong details.

• Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Support replies may take 4–48 working hours.

• We reserve the right to cancel fake or suspicious COD orders.
